TEDxEducationCity is a completely student-run event based in Doha, Qatar. Each year, the event brings together speakers and audience from various intellectual disciplines to spark fresh thoughts and discussions.

Technology, Entertainment, and Design – three simple words, a world of possibilities.

This year's theme is 'Revolution'. In the broad sense of the word, we explore the different ways that transformation can happen. This brings together the variety of topics such as politics, technology, arts and culture, education, spirituality, economics, and gender relations.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
